NO REFUNDS
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of a e gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become final sale, unless a mistake is made on our part.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.

Shipping time frame is currently 3-10 days depending on the postal service in your area. We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the KB Way! This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please note, KB KOLLECTION is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.
We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your KB KOLLECTION order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at Support@kbkollection.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

KB KOLLECTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
