HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • A lot of times your order may process/ship within 1-3 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days (except for pre-orders) to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP INSTORE?

Yes. Select the in store pickup option at checkout. pick-up is available Wednesday through Sunday (During Store Hours). Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification stating that your order is ready for pick up. A refund will be given, minus a 50% restocking fee if your items are not picked up within 10 business days after making your purchase.

 

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
  • Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 2-3 business days. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.
    WHY DID I GET AN ERROR INPUTTING MY BILLING INFO?

  • If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing, or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try reformatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
  • If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing, and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

CAN I ADD ON TO AN ALREADY PLACED ORDER?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and email us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM?

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

 No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT?
  • When we receive your exchange item, we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days. Once your exchanged item has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this store credit code.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

 We have a restock notification link on all product pages viakbdollhouse.com. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back available in your size. If the product is no longer showing online it will no longer be restocking.

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone during business hours: (727)-643-8357.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
  • Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are very rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
  • If your order comes through our system as potentially fraudulent or fraudulent, it will be canceled IMMEDIATELY. If you purchase on our website with a fraudulent card, you will be reported to your local authorities and sent to collections for the amount that was charged.
