Refund policy

At KB Dollhouse, we understand that ordering online can be challenging. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience.

RETURNS

  • ALL items are FINAL SALE.  All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items.
Please note that we have specific return policies in place. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear, shapewear items, unworn items and lace items. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. All digital products are also Final Sale.

Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to us via email at Shopkbdollhouse@gmail.com, please allow up to 72 hours for a response & we only respond to emails on weekdays only (excluding any holidays). Kindly provide us with the order number and the reason for the exchange.

Defective Merchandise:

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to shopkbdollhouse@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.
EXCHANGES

Our Exchange policy allows customers to exchange the same item ONLY, within 3 days of receiving the package.
