These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. All digital products are also Final Sale. Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. Defective Merchandise: If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to shopkbdollhouse@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. EXCHANGES Our Exchange policy allows customers to exchange the same item ONLY, within 3 days of receiving the package

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? Shipping time frame is currently 2-7 days depending on the postal service in your area. We are excited as you are to see you slay the new pieces you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier but will occasionally utilize UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business day of purchasing, feel free send an email to shopkbdollhouse@gmail.com. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
