Defective Merchandise: If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to shopkbdollhouse@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. Shipping time frame is currently 2-7 days depending on the postal service in your area. We are excited as you are to see you slay the new pieces you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier but will occasionally utilize UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider.
